Development Manager

Currently, we’re looking for people that are available from 01-09-2023 till 01-09-2024.

As a Development Manager, you care for the development of all team members within SOLID. You will make sure that all members work efficient in a good working atmosphere, do not experience too much stress, and are having a good time working in SOLID. Furthermore, you will be contributing to the personal development of the entire team by organizing/scouting interesting workshops and training for all team members. For this, you will be in touch with our partners and alumni. Last but not least you will assess the need for new members and set up recruitment campaigns to recruit them. Once recruited, you and your team make sure new members can start their journey at SOLID quickly.

Bear in mind, you will always be able to learn all this stuff with the help of the current team members, even if you have zero experience!
